Hands Up For Peace was launched in February 2003 in an attempt by a group of young people to get their voices heard about an issue over which they felt strongly - war... a huge display of hands contained both artistic and textual arguments for peace from young people around the world. Kierra Box, a student at the time and co-founder of Hands Up, makes an eloquent case for peace and explains why so many young people do care about what kind of world they inherit. Welsh Gate-house (www.welshgatehouse.com)
A luxury award winning period property, built in the time of Edward I, (we think it was built approx 1270) - the first historical mention is in 1307 when Bogo de Knovil died and his estate reverted to the Crown. So this Grade II* medieval hideaway boasts seven hundred years of history - and with its towers it feels like you are living in a castle.

Pesso-Boyden Psychomotor (www.pesso-uk.org)
Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP) is a body-mind approach to human psychological development. It represents the coming together of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural and system-oriented principles, along with client-centred attitudes, in one integrated philosophy. This unified method is supported by the latest research on cognition, emotion, memory systems and brain functions. Body-mind information and experiences are utilised, applying well defined principles and techniques which are offered to participants in a way that empowers them to stay in charge of their own therapeutic process.
